We are Twirl, UK's leading UGC platform: We help some of the coolest consumer brands out there create authentic, creator-led content through our network of talented UGC creators. We’re right in the middle of one of the most exciting spaces in marketing and things are moving FAST!

We’re on the lookout for our next Operations Executive to join our growing team in London!

If you love social media, UGC and content creation, enjoy building relationships and get a little too excited when everything is organised and running smoothly, this might be your kind of role!

What you’ll be doing:

✨ Managing exciting UGC projects for some of the coolest consumer brands out there

✨ Building strong relationships with clients and creators

✨ Keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish

✨ Helping our clients grow and get the most out of Twirl

A few must-haves:

✨ You understand UGC, social media and know what makes great content.

📋 Organisation is your superpower: You love structure, keeping things on track and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

💜 People person: You genuinely enjoy building relationships with clients and creators.

📈 A little sales hunger: You get excited about spotting opportunities, growing client accounts and helping brands do more with Twirl.

What makes this role exciting? You’ll work directly with genuinely some of the coolest consumer brands out there, manage exciting creative projects and play a real part in growing Twirl.

The details:

📍 London, North Greenwich (office-first with flexibility)

📅 Starting November/December 2026

💰 £32–37k OTE
