NIL Football Agent

Nilson Sports is hiring an experienced NIL Agent to manage and strengthen relationships with our growing roster of P4, G6, and FCS football players while helping them navigate the transfer portal.

Nilson Sports is one of the fastest-growing NIL agencies in the country, now representing more than 200 top college athletes nationwide. We're looking for a passionate, driven agent who wants to build a long-term career with Nilson Sports while providing exceptional service and negotiating with college football decision-makers.

Position Details

• Type: Independent contractor
• Location: Remote, US-based
• Availability: Must be available to start immediately and maintain significant availability through January
• Compensation: Commission only, with uncapped earning potential
• Payments: Monthly, with portal commissions typically beginning in February

Roles and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships and maintaining consistent follow-up with players and their families
• Help players evaluate opportunities, navigate the transfer portal, and negotiate NIL deals
• Communicate and negotiate with college football GMs, coaches, and personnel staff while representing athletes with integrity

Qualifications

• Direct experience managing college football players and negotiating transfer portal and NIL deals
• Established relationships with FBS coaches, GMs, and personnel staff
• Ability and availability to manage a high-volume roster throughout portal season without sacrificing service
