About the Role
TikTok is seeking a Marketing Manager, Performance & Insights to help evolve how the team plans, executes, and measures its creator marketing efforts. This role requires a unique blend of performance marketing strategy, campaign measurement, and cross-functional collaboration. While grounded in data, measurement, and analysis, the role also extends into full-funnel campaign planning, media execution, and testing, making it central to how TikTok scales and demonstrates ROI for creator marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing Strategy: develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes across creator perception, acquisition, and engagement; define campaign objectives and partner with product marketing, external media agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Measurement & Insights: analyze creator marketing campaigns to uncover actionable insights and optimize performance across perception, conversion, and incrementality metrics; own reporting and dashboarding for performance marketing ROI
- Experimentation & Systematic Plans: design and execute A/B testing frameworks; build and execute a learning agenda with product, research, and marketing teams
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation: develop audience segmentation strategies to personalize creator campaigns; identify and activate high-potential creator cohorts
- Media Campaign Management: contribute performance and measurement insights into media planning and execution; inform campaign budgets and provide ROI analysis
- Tooling & Marketing Infrastructure: identify and recommend internal and external marketing tools; partner cross-functionally on scalable measurement infrastructure
- Collaboration & Communication: work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers; present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Marketing Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or similar roles
- Strong command of campaign measurement, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
- Proficiency in data tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.) and experience building dashboards
- Ability to communicate complex insights in clear, compelling ways
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns and optimizing toward ROI
- Experience within creator, consumer, or brand marketing environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration
Base salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $115,520 - $198,360 annually. Employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
