At Unsociable, we specialize in making it ridiculously easy for brands to sell on TikTok Shop by creating exciting & engaging online experiences that convert content consumers into customers.

We are Unstoppable – we never let setbacks set us back. We strive to be the best in the business with relentless enthusiasm and maximise the effort we put into our work, driving daily incremental improvement and focusing on the next goal.

We are Unassuming – we never rush to judgement and we always lead with compassion. We embody healthy relationships with our partners, our customers, and each other.

We are United – teamwork is key. People work smarter and faster when collaborating, and we recognise that without each other's unique skills, perspective and support – we couldn't achieve our ambitious goals and aspirations.

We are Unsociable.

We’re looking for a creative, proactive and highly organised Marketing Executive to help grow the profile of our business as leading TikTok Shop and social commerce agency across the UK, US and European markets.

This is a varied, hands-on marketing role spanning brand marketing, content, employee-generated content, social media, events, partnerships and thought leadership.

You’ll work closely with teams across the business to uncover the people, stories, insights and results that make our business stand out - and turn them into marketing initiatives that build awareness, credibility and engagement with brands, partners, creators and prospective employees.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands how modern brands build relevance. You’ll be comfortable moving between planning a content calendar, helping a colleague create a TikTok or LinkedIn post, organising an industry event and finding creative ways to get our agency in front of the right audiences.

Your Day-To-Day:

Brand & Marketing
  • Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives designed to increase awareness and strengthen our reputation across the UK, US and EU.
  • Own and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, content, events and key industry moments are planned and delivered effectively.
  • Help translate our work, expertise, client successes and industry knowledge into compelling marketing stories.
  • Identify new opportunities to promote the business through campaigns, partnerships, events, awards, speaking opportunities and industry initiatives.
  • Work with internal teams to develop case studies, credentials, marketing materials and other assets that support both brand awareness and new business.

Social & Content
  • Support and manage content across our owned channels, with a particular focus on TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms.
  • Develop content ideas and formats that showcase our expertise in TikTok Shop, creator commerce and the rapidly evolving social commerce landscape.
  • Create and coordinate a mixture of educational, entertaining and insight-led content, including short-form video, social posts, case studies, behind-the-scenes content and thought leadership.
  • Stay close to platform, creator and social commerce trends, identifying opportunities for the agency to participate in relevant conversations quickly and authentically.
  • Track content performance and use insights to continuously improve our approach.

Employee-Generated Content & Advocacy
  • Help turn our team into one of our most powerful marketing channels.
  • Develop and run an employee-generated content programme, encouraging employees across the business to create content and share their expertise, experiences and personalities.
  • Identify team members with strong perspectives or specialist knowledge and help them develop content for TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Create prompts, content concepts, recurring formats and internal initiatives that make content creation easy and enjoyable for employees.
  • Support senior leaders and subject-matter experts with thought leadership content that strengthens both their personal profiles and our reputation.
  • Build internal excitement around content creation and recognise employees who contribute to growing the agency’s external presence.

Events & Community
  • Plan and coordinate agency-led events, networking opportunities, webinars, panels, dinners and other experiences designed to bring together brands, creators and industry partners.
  • Support our presence at key industry events across the UK, US and Europe, including sponsorships, speaking opportunities and activations.
  • Manage event logistics including venues, suppliers, guest lists, invitations, promotional materials and post-event communications.
  • Look for creative opportunities to build a community around the agency and strengthen relationships with the wider TikTok Shop and social commerce ecosystem.

Partnerships & Industry Presence
  • Build relationships with relevant industry organisations, platforms, partners and communities.
  • Identify awards, rankings, conferences, podcasts, publications and speaking opportunities that can increase our visibility and credibility.
  • Collaborate with commercial and client teams to ensure marketing activity supports the wider growth objectives of the business.
  • Help position Unsociable as a go-to source for insight and expertise on TikTok Shop and social commerce.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with approximately 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally within an agency, technology company, high-growth business, social media business or similarly fast-moving environment.

You’ll be:

  • Social-first – you understand TikTok, LinkedIn and modern content culture, and you’re interested in how brands and people build audiences online.
  • Creative – you naturally generate ideas and can turn business activity into engaging marketing concepts.
  • A strong communicator – you can write clearly, confidently and in a tone that feels human rather than overly corporate.
  • Highly organised – you’re comfortable managing multiple campaigns, content streams, events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proactive – you don’t wait for marketing opportunities to arrive; you actively look for stories, moments and ideas that can raise the agency’s profile.
  • Comfortable with people – you can encourage colleagues to get involved in content, interview subject-matter experts and confidently work with senior stakeholders.
  • Commercially aware – you understand that great marketing should ultimately contribute to reputation, relationships and business growth.
  • Curious – you’re genuinely interested in TikTok, creators, ecommerce, social commerce and how consumer behaviour is changing.

Experience within TikTok, creator marketing, influencer marketing, ecommerce or social commerce would be a distinct advantage, but isn’t essential.
