About the Role

Puff Media is looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Intern to support the company’s brand marketing, social media, client acquisition, and talent outreach efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media culture, enjoys research and communication, and wants hands-on experience working across marketing, creators, events, and social commerce.

Responsibilities

• Support Puff Media’s Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social channels
• Assist with content planning, copywriting, posting, and campaign coordination
• Research brands, creators, industry trends, and potential partnerships
• Support client outreach and lead generation
• Assist with recruiting creators, hosts, interns, and other talent
• Help prepare presentations, case studies, campaign materials, and company marketing assets
• Track outreach, responses, and marketing performance
  

Requirements

• Background in marketing, communications, media, business, or related field
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media culture
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with outreach
• Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools are a plus
  

Compensation

Intern / Entry Level: Stipend or $18–$20/hour

• Coordinator: Starting at $20/hour, up to $30/hour based on experience and performance
