Manager, Influencer Marketing (BEAUTY)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Join a fast-growing skincare company in the beauty industry as a Manager, Influencer Marketing. This role will help shape influencer strategy, support product launches, lead creator campaigns, and deliver memorable brand experiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, trend-aware, relationship-driven, and experienced in managing paid influencer partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead project plans, timelines, and execution for influencer campaigns, product mailers, events, and launch assets.
  • Develop and execute influencer seeding, gifting, and paid partnership programs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with creators, beauty professionals, media contacts, and VIP partners.
  • Manage product sendouts and coordinate shipping logistics for influencer and event needs.
  • Maintain accurate influencer, editor, creator, and partner contact lists.
  • Conduct competitive research on influencer activations, mailers, events, and emerging creator trends.
  • Support the development and execution of influencer and public relations events, with a focus on securing high-value attendance.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare reporting that informs future strategy.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, including coordinators and interns.
  • Partner closely with senior PR and influencer strategy leadership on campaign planning and new product launches.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of full-time experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or a related beauty-industry role.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid influencer campaigns from outreach through reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty, skincare, content creators, and social-media trends.
  • Experience using CreatorIQ and interpreting influencer campaign data.
  • Excellent project-management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, flexible, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work remotely while being available to travel to a New York City office as needed.
