Qoruz is looking for a passionate and trend-savvy Management Trainee – Influencer Marketing to join our growing team. If you’re excited about social media, creators, brand campaigns, and digital culture, this role will give you hands-on exposure to the fast-growing creator economy.

Training & Growth

• Initial training period of 3–6 months
• Monthly stipend of ₹15,000 during the training period
• Based on performance, candidates will be promoted to the role of Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist with a CTC hike after successful completion of training

What You’ll Do

• Assist in identifying and onboarding relevant influencers across platforms
• Support end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with creators for content timelines, approvals, and deliverables
• Help track campaign performance and maintain reports
• Research social media trends, viral content, and emerging creators
• Work closely with internal teams including strategy, content, and sales
• Maintain campaign data and creator databases

What We’re Looking For

• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing
• Strong interest in social media, creators, and online trends
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn ecosystems
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environment
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel is a plus
