Live Selling Host (US Market)

We are looking for a confident and engaging English Live Selling Host to promote products and drive sales for US audiences. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, preferably with BPO customer service experience, and can engage viewers through persuasive product presentations.

This role requires a strict night-shift schedule to support US e-commerce campaigns, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday sales events.

What You'll Do

• Host engaging 4-hour livestream sessions in English to promote products and drive sales.
• Answer viewer inquiries about product features, pricing, promotions, shipping, and payments.
• Apply customer service and sales techniques to engage viewers and encourage purchases.
• Review product briefs and campaign guidelines before each livestream.
• Support major US promotional campaigns, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
• Maintain professionalism, energy, and audience engagement throughout each session.

Who You Are

• At least 1-2 years of BPO experience, preferably handling US-based customers.
• Excellent English communication skills and confidence in speaking on camera.
• Experience in customer service, sales, upselling, or cross-selling is an advantage.
• Previous live selling or hosting experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage audiences effectively.
• Willing to work exclusively on a night-shift schedule, 5 days a week.
