Leader - TikTok Affiliate Partner (TAP)

Job Description

• Able to manage 20-30 members

• Conduct coaching, performance evaluation, and regular skill enhancement for the team.

• Lead and manage TikTok Affiliate & live commerce strategies

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators

• Optimize affiliate campaigns (GMV, conversion rate, ROI)

• Coordinate with brands, sellers, and internal stakeholders

• Develop SOP and scale affiliate programs

• Monitor and evaluate performance via TikTok Shop dashboard

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, or Social Commerce

• Hands-on experience managing affiliate campaigns or live selling

• Strong understanding of conversion funnel (traffic → conversion → revenue)

• Target-driven with a strong focus on GMV growth

• Leadership and team management capabilities
