Job Descriptions:

● Help manage Kling AI's global user & creator community, including day-to-day communication with creators, planning and implementing activation campaigns for the community, building feedback loops, and more.

● Discover and onboard new creators for Kling AI's creator programs, and foster long-term relationships with high-priority creators.

● Monitor and track creators' activity and performance on social media for reporting and validation. Design and implement incentive systems to drive further advocacy.

● Attend and host creator-oriented events (online and IRL) for trust building and more engagement with the user community.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Great communicator who can empathize with creators.

● Understanding of creators' needs, but also platform dynamics and goals with tracking and reporting. Experience working at a creative/content platform preferred.

● Experience building long-term, non-transactional relationships with creators (not just influencer campaign experience).

● Experience managing creators at scale, and on an individual level.

● Knowledge of AI creative tools.
