Shalla also produces immersive experiential activations that connect consumers with culture and strengthen brand relevance for its partners.

The Role:

The Junior Talent Manager will support the day-to-day management of Shalla’s creator roster, helping oversee brand partnerships from initial inquiry through campaign completion. Daily Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact between talent, brands, PR agencies, and influencer marketing agencies
  • Manage inbound brand partnership inquiries and help identify opportunities that align with each creator
  • Proactively pitch talent to brands and agencies for campaigns, events, gifting, and long-term partnerships
  • Assist with negotiating campaign rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, timelines, and other deal terms
  • Manage campaigns from booking through completion, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met
  • Review campaign briefs and clearly communicate requirements and expectations to talent
  • Coordinate content submissions, brand approvals, revisions, posting dates, and campaign reporting
  • Maintain organized trackers for active deals, pitches, deliverables, contracts, and payments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand and agency partners
  • Research prospective brands, agencies, and partnership opportunities
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, emerging creators, platforms, brands, and developments within the influencer marketing industry
  • Help develop strategies for talent growth, positioning, partnerships, and long-term career opportunities
  • Work closely with Shalla's senior management team across talent, partnerships, and special projects

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in talent management, within the influencer realm
  • Strong understanding of the influencer and creator marketing landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and personalities at once
  • Confident communicating professionally with brands, agencies, and talent
  • Proactive and resourceful—you’re comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting for direction
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
  • Knowledge of influencer campaign terminology, including deliverables, usage, exclusivity, whitelisting/paid media, and content licensing, is a plus
  • Experience with Google Workspace and campaign/project management tools preferred

Who You Are:

You’re someone who is organized, ambitious, proactive, personable, and genuinely excited about the creator economy. You understand that great talent management requires both relationship-building and meticulous behind-the-scenes execution.

You can keep track of dozens of moving pieces without losing sight of the details, communicate confidently with both creators and brands, and anticipate what needs to happen next. You’re excited to learn the business side of the creator industry and grow into managing talent and brand relationships independently.

Why Shalla:

  • This is an opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial agency and gain hands-on experience across every part of talent management and influencer marketing. You’ll work directly with creators and brands, have meaningful responsibility from the start, and develop the skills and relationships needed to grow within the talent management industry.
