Junior Influencer Executive

We are looking for a Junior Influencer Executive who is passionate about creators, social media, and digital marketing. If you’re someone who understands the creator ecosystem and loves discovering new talent, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in executing influencer marketing campaigns from brief to completion.
• Research, identify, and shortlist relevant influencers based on campaign requirements.
• Coordinate with influencers and talent managers for campaign deliverables, timelines, and commercials.
• Support negotiations and ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Track content submissions, approvals, revisions, and live posts.
• Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers.
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging creators, and content formats.
• Work closely with the strategy, client servicing, and talent teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Prepare campaign reports and track key performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and the creator ecosystem.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
• A genuine interest in content creators, trends, and digital culture.
