Junior Agent
Managing Opportunities in a Fast-Paced Environment: You'll juggle multiple projects at once while driving value for both the talent and the business. Much of your roster will sit in the sports and fitness space, with additional work across food, travel, and lifestyle creators. A genuine interest in that world goes a long way. Being proactive and organized is key to success in this role.
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
- Talent Support: Assist Senior Agents with day-to-day talent management, including responding to client and talent queries, organizing schedules, and handling logistics.
- Talent Scouting: Help identify new talent across entertainment, gaming, and music sectors, and assess potential opportunities for collaboration.
- Brand Integration: Collaborate with the senior agents to align talent with brands for partnership opportunities, ensuring both parties' needs are met.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between talent, clients, and internal teams to ensure all parties are aligned on deliverables and expectations.
- Project Management: Assist in the management of various talent projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Contract Assistance: Support senior agents in negotiating and executing contracts, ensuring all legal requirements are fulfilled.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports to senior agents on talent performance, client satisfaction, and campaign outcomes.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including talent, brands, and agents.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the entertainment industry, ideally in a talent agency, management company, or related field.
- Passion for Talent & Brands: Strong understanding of the gaming, music, and entertainment landscape, particularly as it relates to talent and brand partnerships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor when working with both talent and brands.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team Player: A collaborative attitude, able to work closely with senior agents and other team members to ensure project success.
- Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM software.
- Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and their role in talent and brand partnerships.
- Los Angeles-based: Must be based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate.
- Talent Experience: Previous experience working directly with talent or talent management teams is a plus.
- Contract & Legal Familiarity: Basic understanding of contract negotiation and execution processes.

Compensation: $70,000 yearly, paid bi-monthly + healthcare, dental, and vision
