Junior Account Manager

Job Summary

Gushcloud Philippines is a leading influencer driven entertainment company that connects brands with top-tier influencers to create impactful and engaging campaigns.

We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our team and help drive our clients' success through influencer marketing strategies. This role requires a candidate with a strong command of English, exceptional project management skills, and a strategic mindset for campaign development.

• Project Management: Lead end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, influencer selection, content creation, and performance analysis, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Strategic Pitch Development: Develop creative and strategic influencer marketing pitches that align with client objectives, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry trends and audience insights.
• Influencer Identification: Identify, evaluate, and recommend suitable influencers based on client needs, brand compatibility, and audience demographics.
• Influencer Coordination: Lead influencers to develop and activate marketing campaigns.
• Client Communication: Regularly update clients on campaign progress, answer queries, and proactively address any concerns.

Education & Experience:

• Education: Graduated from either a Marketing, Advertising or media related college/university course.
• Background: Newly graduated candidates are welcome, preferably having done an internship in an Influencer Marketing/Advertising/Media/Activations Agency or Brand Marketing role.

Must-haves:

• 100% Proficiency in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Project Management: Proven experience in successfully managing influencer marketing projects, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and present influencer marketing pitches that align with client objectives.
• Powerpoint / Presentation Capabilities: Has ability to be client-facing and can communicate ideas and pitches well.
