Position Summary

456 Growth Media is seeking a motivated, full-time Junior Account Manager to join our team headquartered in New York City but with a fully remote operation currently. Reporting into the Senior Account Management team, the Junior Account Manager works directly alongside a Senior Account Manager within an account pod to drive the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns and account operations.

This is a growth position by design. Junior Account Managers are expected to develop deep knowledge of the account management process, build strong execution habits, and take on progressively greater responsibility — including direct brand ownership — on a defined path toward the Senior Account Manager role.

Who You Are
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal and follow-up skills
  • Ambitious self-starter with a positive attitude, and a great work ethic
  • Detail-obsessed — you're the person who notices what fell through the cracks
  • Takes initiative to solve problems and complete tasks as they arise, rather than waiting to be told
  • Adaptive to change who thrives in an environment where change is the norm
  • Tech savvy with the motivation to meet and beat deadlines
  • Coachable and feedback-driven; you want to be developed and you engage with the process
  • Interested in the creator economy and how brands and influencers actually work together
  • Prior experience supporting influencer, social, or paid branded campaigns preferred
  • Prior exposure to growth marketing or DTC/E-commerce brands, either brand-side or agency-side, preferred
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent business experience
  • 1–3 years in influencer marketing, account management, media, agency, or a comparable client-facing coordination role
  • Technology-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest) with an eye towards the future of influencer marketing
  • Experience with project management and tech-based solutions such as Monday.com, Google Sheets, Drive, Slack, and Salesforce
  • Solid organizational, and verbal / written communication skills — you can draft a clean, professional message without heavy editing
  • Ability to manage high volume email and internal correspondence across a multi-brand book of business
  • Comfort working in tracking systems and CRMs with a high standard for data accuracy
What You'll Do
  • Send creator offers from approved templates across an assigned book of brands, and follow up on outstanding offers to keep momentum on every open conversation
  • Log and track all offer activity accurately and in real time, surfacing counters, declines, and pricing pushback to your Senior Account Manager
  • Source creator names for active campaigns, evaluating for brand fit, engagement quality, content consistency, audience relevance, and cross-platform presence
  • Own real-time updates to the internal budget tracker across assigned brands — total budget, amount booked, offers sent, and outstanding offer value — supporting leadership visibility across a 40+ brand roster
  • Track deliverables and content submissions, flagging and actively chasing anything slipping behind schedule until it is resolved
  • Handle contract routing and Salesforce updates
  • Pull, organize, and format campaign performance data to support brand syncs and reporting
  • Draft messages, agendas, recap notes, and follow-up communication for Senior Account Manager review
  • Participate in brand calls, syncs, and weekly team brainstorms as an engaged, contributing team member
  • Build knowledge of offer structures, CPM pricing, creator evaluation, and brand communication in preparation for growth into a Senior Account Manager role
Compensation & Growth
  • Base salary of $70,000 – $85,000, commensurate with experience
  • Performance bonus structure tied to execution quality, account health, and individual contribution
  • Clearly defined growth path into the Senior Account Manager role, with responsibility and compensation scaling as you take on more
  • Direct mentorship from a Senior Account Manager, including regular check-ins and real-time collaboration
