We're hiring a Jr. Talent Manager.

Honest Influence is a creator talent management agency representing YouTube and social media creators. We negotiate brand deals, manage partnerships, and help creators build real income from their content.

This isn't a coordinator role. You're building a business.

You'll sign creators, pitch brands, and close deals. We've built an outreach system that surfaces brand partnership opportunities for your roster every week. The infrastructure is there. You just have to work it.

Top performers move into senior roles. This is a ground floor opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage your own roster of creators
• Pitch brands and close sponsorship deals
• Negotiate terms and manage ongoing partnerships
• Hit monthly targets

What We're Looking For

• Background in sales, recruiting, or business development
• Comfortable with high volume outreach and follow up
• Self-motivated - you don't need to be managed
• Hungry to build something and earn based on results
• Interest in creators, social media, and brand partnerships

Compensation

• Uncapped commission on every deal you close
• Your roster is your business
