About the Role

We are looking for a Jr. Executive – Influencer Marketing to join our fast-paced team. You’ll work closely with influencers, brands, and internal teams to support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Research and identify relevant influencers/creators based on campaign requirements.
• Coordinate with influencers for briefs, deliverables, timelines, and content approvals.
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers and creator communities.
• Track campaign progress, deliverables, and performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Follow up with creators and ensure timely submission of content.
• Maintain campaign trackers, reports, and databases.
• Support the team in managing campaign-related queries and escalations.
• Stay updated with social media trends, creators, and emerging platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel is a plus.
• Passion for social media, creators, and digital trends.
