Internet Culture Intern Internship
ROLE OVERVIEW
Internet Culture Interns are an integral part of the team, keeping Odd Projects ahead of the curve in digital culture, emerging creator trends, and social strategy. They are "chronically online," creative, highly organized, and passionate about discovering trends, algorithms, and "what's cool" before it hits the mainstream.
This position is designed for currently enrolled university students available to start ASAP and work through December 18th. Candidates must be based in LA with the ability to come into the office one day per week.
Candidates must have a deep, intuitive understanding of social media platforms and digital subcultures, paired with strong organizational skills to translate fast-moving internet trends into actionable insights for our team, clients, and owned social channels.

Odd Projects is a management company providing full-service representation for a select roster of clients. We specialize in empowering entrepreneurial clients to diversify their businesses and produce projects across music, merchandise, books, podcasts, television, touring, and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scout emerging talent and creators across diverse creative industries.
- Track and share viral trends, internet formats, and cultural insights with the team.
- Monitor client activity to pitch and draft content for the Odd Projects Instagram.
- Build internal decks and guides on social best practices and platform updates.
- Analyze client digital performance to surface key growth insights.
- Track creator economy shifts and competitor activity to offer proactive guidance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Expert knowledge of all social media platforms from a business and consumer perspective
- Strong written and verbal communicator who can draft copy and present insights clearly.
- Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential client information.
- "Chronically online" with deep fluency across major social platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube, X).
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student eligible to receive academic credit.
- Working towards a creative or marketing degree, and passionate about talent representation and digital culture.
- Reside in Los Angeles with the ability to work in-office 1 day per week.
COMPENSATION
Academic Credit + Stipend
