Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Intern/Junior Video Editor role based in Noida. The intern will assist in editing video content for social media, campaigns, and talent portfolios, following creative briefs and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, trimming and assembling clips, adding basic effects and transitions, and preparing videos for different platforms and formats. The role also involves collaborating with content, design, and talent management teams, supporting color correction and graphics, and maintaining a consistent visual style across projects. The intern will be expected to learn and adapt quickly, take feedback constructively, and contribute creative ideas to enhance video storytelling.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and a basic understanding of end-to-end video workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing, including cutting, sequencing, and pacing for digital platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and basic color correction to maintain visual consistency.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create simple titles, lower-thirds, and visual elements.
• Familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar) is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and an understanding of social media and influencer content formats are preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate within a team, manage time effectively, and respond positively to feedback is expected.
• A relevant academic background or coursework in film, media, communications, design, or related fields is an advantage, but motivated self-taught candidates are also encouraged to apply.
