The Opportunity

Do you love a late-night scroll and could create a deck about the niche drama happening in your corner of the internet? Do you know what's trending before it hits everyone's For You Page? And are you curious about how brands can join those conversations without feeling like... well, a brand?

Then we might be the right place for you.

We're looking for a Social Media Manager Intern to join our Creative team. You'll work alongside experienced creatives and social specialists, getting hands-on experience with the day-to-day management of social channels and learning how brands show up in culture.

This is an opportunity to build your confidence, sharpen your instinct for tone of voice and develop a real understanding of what makes social content and communities tick.

Requirements

What You'll Learn

You'll support the team with the day-to-day running of our clients' social channels, including:

• Monitoring and responding to comments, messages and conversations across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Spotting opportunities for our clients to join conversations around trending or viral content.
• Supporting reactive and proactive community management using tools such as Sprinklr.
• Tagging and categorising conversations and content accurately.
• Flagging and routing customer service-related comments to the right teams.
• Supporting content planning, posting and scheduling, and making sure posts go live as planned.
• Learning how different brands find their voice and build relationships with their communities.
  
  

What Else Are We Looking For?

• A student currently pursuing a degree in communications, media, marketing, or a related field.
• Availability for a full-time paid internship for at least 5 months.
• A genuine passion for social media, internet culture and what's happening online right now.
• A keen interest in social media platforms, trends, creators and developments.
• A sharp instinct for tone of voice, timing and how brands can authentically join conversations.
• Basic knowledge of social media management, listening or publishing tools is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English (C1/C2) and Dutch (C1/C2) is essential.
• No prior agency or brand experience is required, but a demonstrable passion for social media and the creative industry is key.
