INTERN - Paid Media & Influencer Marketing Internship

InnoVision Marketing Group is seeking a Paid Media and Influencer Marketing Intern who wants to learn how digital advertising and influencer partnerships support marketing campaigns in a fast-paced agency. This is a fully in-house internship based in San Diego, with no remote work, focused on mentorship and skill development.

You may have the opportunity to

• Observe paid media campaign planning and learn how campaigns are launched and monitored on Meta, Google and TikTok
• Assist with organizing campaign information, creative assets and performance data
• Observe the influencer research, outreach and partnership process
• Assist with identifying influencers who align with client brands
• Learn how influencer content, timelines, deliverables and results are monitored

Maximum internship duration is six months. Ideal for students or aspiring marketing professionals.
