Influencers Marketing Manager

Are you a Influencer Marketing Manager you connect creators and communities in real time, by enhancing interactive experiences and new monetisation opportunities. As part of our rapid expansion in the MENA region, we are actively seeking a skilled professional to join our Operations team.

Responsibilities
-  Develop and lead the Influencer community operations Strategy in the MENA, by Improving creator reach, live activity, and revenue efficiency to drive sustainable business growth.
-  Develop and iterate operational strategies based on creator lifecycle and tiered management goals, building clear growth paths and scalable operational mechanisms.
-   Identify high-value creator segments and integrate education, content optimization, product adoption, and campaign initiatives to establish a repeatable and scalable community operations framework that accelerates creator growth.
4- Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives, enhance operational capabilities, and support critical business breakthroughs.

Qualifications
- 2-3 Years of experience in content management operations, Influencers Marketing.
- Ability to break down complex problems using metrics and design effective operational strategies.
- Strong ability to identify issues through data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive execution.
- Deep understanding of creator growth paths and behavioral motivations.
- Proficient in English as a working language to collaborate with global stakeholders and departments.

Preferred Qualification
- Experience in community operations, campaign operations, or creators/ influencers management is preferred.
- Experience building community operations.
- Familiarity with GTM strategies or user growth frameworks.
- Experience managing KOLs/influencers.
- Prior experience in live streaming platforms, content platforms, or creator ecosystems is highly preferred
- Experience in tiered operations or user growth/lifecycle systems is a plus.
