It is seeking an experienced Talent Manager who develops creators, drives revenue growth and thinks one step ahead: a strategic partner to creators, not simply a campaign manager.
What you will own
- Brand partnerships and revenue growth: manage inbound opportunities, pitch brands and agencies, negotiate contracts, drive annual revenue goals
- Creator development and career strategy: annual and quarterly growth plans, positioning advice, opportunities beyond sponsorships
- Operations and campaign execution: oversee campaigns from signed contract through final payment, invoicing, deliverables, reporting
- Team and agency growth: support sourcing and onboarding new talent
Who you are
- 3+ years of talent management experience within an influencer talent agency
- Comfortable owning revenue targets and performance metrics
- A strong negotiator; highly organized and relationship-driven
