Role Description

AVANTÉ is looking for Influencer Talent Manager to identify, recruit, represent, and develop emerging creators across today's leading social platforms. This is a hands-on role with real ownership.

As a Talent Manager, you'll have the opportunity to build and manage your own roster of creators within AVANTÉ. You'll scout talent you believe in, develop relationships with creators, understand their goals and personal brands, and work to connect them with opportunities. You'll also help identify potential brand partners, facilitate conversations and collaborations, coordinate campaign deliverables and support creators throughout the partnership process.

We're especially interested in current college students and recent graduates who have a strong understanding of social media, digital culture, and the creator economy. Previous talent management experience is not required. We're looking for people with strong instincts, initiative, communication skills, and the ability to recognize potential.

What You'll Do

• Build and develop your own roster of influencers and content creators under AVANTÉ
• Scout and recruit emerging talent across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and other platforms
• Identify creators with strong growth potential, engaged audiences, unique voices, and marketable personal brands
• Conduct outreach and introduce prospective talent to AVANTÉ
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with the creators you manage
• Understand each creator's goals, audience, content, personality, and long-term vision
• Identify potential brand partnerships and business opportunities for your roster
• Conduct outreach to brands and develop relationships with potential partners
• Assist with negotiating brand deals, rates, deliverables, timelines, and partnership terms
• Coordinate communication between creators and brands throughout campaigns
• Track deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and other campaign requirements
• Monitor creator performance, audience growth, engagement, and industry trends
• Maintain an organized pipeline of talent, brand contacts, outreach, and opportunities
• Stay ahead of emerging creators, platforms, trends, and conversations shaping digital culture
• Collaborate with the AVANTÉ team on talent strategy, business development, and agency growth

• Are comfortable conducting outreach to both creators and brands
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are organized and capable of managing multiple relationships, conversations, and deadlines
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy building things from the ground up
• Keep up with internet culture, social trends, creators, brands, and what's happening online
