About the client:

A growing talent management organization is seeking a full-time Influencer Talent Manager to support and guide a roster of digital creators. This role is ideal for someone who understands the creator economy, enjoys building strong relationships, and can identify strategic opportunities that help talent grow their brand and revenue across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with influencer talent and brand partners
• Serve as the main point of contact for a roster of creators, offering guidance on partnerships, content strategy, and long-term development
• Identify, pitch, and secure brand partnership opportunities aligned with talent goals and audience fit
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and key industry contacts
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements from initial outreach through campaign completion
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align talent opportunities with campaign strategy and brand objectives
• Develop creative business opportunities and extensions based on each creator’s strengths, audience, and career goals
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities within influencer marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with social platforms, creator partnerships, and digital brand strategy
