About us

Atelier Printworks makes long, narrow framed wall art. We sell through our Shopify store and Etsy. We're now building out the creator and social side of the business.

The role

Your main role is to build and run our influencer and creator programme: finding the right interiors, home and lifestyle creators, getting our products onto their walls, and turning that into content we can use across our channels and paid ads. Alongside that you'll own our Instagram account day to day.

What you'll do

Influencer and creator outreach (the main part of the role)

  • Research and build a list of interiors, home and lifestyle creators in the UK and USA
  • Run outreach, negotiate gifting and paid collaborations, and manage the relationship from first contact to posted content
  • Organise product sends, brief creators, track deliverables
  • Secure usage rights so content can be run in our paid social and on our website
  • Keep a simple tracker of who we've worked with, what it cost and what it produced
  • Report monthly on content secured, reach and any sales we can trace back

Organic Instagram

  • Plan and post to our Instagram feed, Reels and Stories on a regular schedule
  • Repurpose creator and customer content, and shoot simple product and behind-the-scenes content yourself
  • Reply to comments and DMs and pass customer questions to the right person
  • Keep an eye on what's working and adjust

Other tasks

  • Pass strong creator and UGC content to our paid ads agency for use in Meta campaigns
  • Support our sampling programme for interior designers and studios
  • Occasional help with other marketing tasks as the business needs

What we're looking for

  • At least a year's experience running influencer or creator campaigns, ideally for a consumer product brand, with examples you can show us
  • Comfortable doing outreach at volume and negotiating with creators
  • Confident on Instagram, including Reels, and able to shoot and edit simple content on a phone
  • Organised - you'll be managing a lot of open conversations and product sends at once
  • Clear written communication
  • An eye for interiors and how art sits in a room

Nice to have

  • Experience with UGC platforms or creator databases
  • Experience in ecommerce, home or interiors

How to apply

  • Send us a message listing your past experience and why you would be a good fit for the job.
  • Use imagery from our website or reviews to create an Instagram feed post
  • For bonus points, record a short piece to camera on your phone telling us why you'd be a good fit
