Influencer Relations Specialist , Spanish Speaker
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a passionate Influencer Relations Specialist to join our team and support a range of influencer marketing programs across entertainment, sports, pop culture, lifestyle, and more. This role will have a particular focus on programs engaging Spanish-speaking audiences in the United States and requires a strong understanding of Latine and Mexican cultural context.
Because the role involves developing relationships with Spanish-speaking influencers, reviewing and communicating campaign materials in Spanish, and helping ensure that campaigns are culturally relevant to Latine and Mexican audiences, professional fluency in Spanish and demonstrated knowledge of Latine and Mexican cultural context are required for effective performance of the position.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, culturally aware, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in identifying, managing, and collaborating with influencers to deliver impactful, authentic, and culturally appropriate campaigns. Given the types of clients and campaigns this role will support, a strong interest in and knowledge of pop culture, entertainment, and sports is also important. The ideal candidate stays closely connected to what’s happening across these spaces, understands relevant talent and cultural moments, and can identify opportunities to connect influencers and creators to timely conversations, trends, and audiences.
Locations:
This role is available near any of the OUST office hubs: Los Angeles, Dallas, Nashville, or Atlanta. Remote to start.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including talent sourcing, vetting, outreach, and negotiation.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers and their management teams across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking influencers and partners in Spanish as needed to support campaign development, relationship management, and execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables align with client goals while remaining authentic to the influencer’s style, audience, and cultural context.
- Apply knowledge of Latine and Mexican cultural norms, communication styles, traditions, media, and contemporary cultural context when evaluating talent and developing campaign recommendations.
- Review and provide input on Spanish-language campaign materials and creative briefs to help ensure that messaging is clear, appropriate, and culturally relevant.
- Assist in the creation of detailed creative briefs outlining scopes of work, deliverables, timelines, and relevant audience and cultural considerations.
- Monitor campaign timelines, anticipate potential challenges, and proactively suggest solutions.
- Coordinate talent approvals and feedback loops between influencers, clients, and internal teams.
- Track and report on campaign success metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future collaborations.
- Manage influencer contracts and assist with payment processes in collaboration with the operations team.
- Stay current on emerging influencers, social media trends, Spanish-language media, and developments relevant to Latine and Mexican audiences to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Travel and attend on-site events for client and influencer support as needed.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, integrated brand marketing, talent relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest and knowledge of pop culture, entertainment, and sports, with the ability to identify relevant talent, trends, cultural moments, and partnership opportunities within these spaces.
- Professional fluency in Spanish, including the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken Spanish in a professional setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Latine and Mexican cultural context and the ability to apply that knowledge appropriately to influencer marketing, communications, talent relationships, and campaign development.
- Experience working with Spanish-speaking influencers, creators, media, consumers, or audiences is strongly preferred.
- Experience developing or supporting marketing campaigns intended for Spanish-speaking and/or Latine and Mexican audiences is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative problem solver with high energy and enthusiasm for engaging campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective professional relationships with influencers, clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, social platforms, and campaign-management platforms is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel and provide on-site support as needed.
