Influencer Marketing Specialist

Columbus Metro Area, OH | Hybrid | Relocation Available

An established lifestyle retail brand is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to support the execution of influencer partnerships and brand campaigns. This role will manage influencer relationships from outreach and contracting through campaign execution while partnering with cross functional marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and talent partners
• Coordinate campaigns from onboarding through execution and reporting
• Negotiate contracts and manage usage rights and campaign deliverables
• Track budgets, timelines, and campaign performance metrics
• Partner with internal creative, social, and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution
• Stay current on creator trends and identify new partnership opportunities
  
  

Qualifications

• 4+ years of influencer marketing experience within retail, fashion, beauty, or consumer brands
• Experience managing influencer partnerships from outreach through execution
• Strong negotiation, project management, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with budgets, contracts, and campaign analytics
• Passion for consumer brands, social media, and emerging creator trends
