Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and execution-focused Influencer Marketing Executive to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in influencer marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers relevant to brand objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
• Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring timely content delivery and quality standards.
• Negotiate commercials, timelines, and deliverables with creators.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends, creator ecosystem, and platform updates.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns from planning to execution.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.

Preferred Candidate

• Currently based in Mumbai or willing to work from the Mumbai office.
• Prior experience with an influencer marketing agency, digital marketing agency, or creator ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Indian creator landscape and social media trends.
