Influencer Marketing Senior Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Senior Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will manage the strategic and operational aspects of influencer campaigns, support the creation of content aligned with our brand objectives, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish: developing campaign strategies, selecting influencers, and overseeing content delivery
• Build partnerships with influencers that align with the brand's target audience
• Track campaign results and provide performance analysis through regular reporting
• Coordinate influencer contracts and agreements
• Collaborate closely with the agency’s creative team to support content development
• Stay up to date with industry trends and develop strategies aligned with new developments
• Manage client and influencer relationships effectively
• Manage operations team within the agency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in influencer marketing
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform dynamics
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas
• Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, results-oriented attitude
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
