Influencer Marketing Manager

£40,000–£45,000 DOE + commission + discretionary bonus

London | Hybrid — mainly remote, 1 day per week in office

About The Good Egg

The Good Egg (TGE) is a boutique influencer marketing agency creating creator-led, brand-aligned and performance-driven campaigns for ambitious brands.

We work across the UK, Europe and the US, with clients ranging from global names including LEGO, Silverstone and MotoGP to fast-growing brands across wellness, supplements, lifestyle and consumer.

We’re a lean, all-female team of millennial and Gen-Z marketers who care about doing brilliant work without unnecessary agency layers. Our boutique approach means everyone has genuine ownership, direct access to clients and the opportunity to make an impact on how we work and grow.

We’re now looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join the team and take ownership of a portfolio of campaigns and client relationships.

The Role

This is a hands-on management role for someone who already knows influencer marketing inside out and is ready to operate with a high level of autonomy.

You’ll lead campaigns from brief through to delivery, manage key client relationships, oversee and develop two members of the campaign team, and work closely with our Campaign Strategy Lead to ensure our work is strategically strong, creatively ambitious and commercially sound.

We’re looking for someone who can see the bigger picture while keeping a very firm grip on the detail.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning influencer campaigns end-to-end, from initial brief and strategy through creator selection, contracting, content production, approvals, live delivery and reporting.
  • Acting as the day-to-day senior contact for clients, building strong relationships and confidently managing expectations, challenges and opportunities.
  • Translating client objectives into clear, effective influencer and creator strategies.
  • Overseeing creator identification and selection, ensuring talent is relevant to the brand, audience and campaign objectives.
  • Managing campaign budgets, timelines, deliverables, usage rights and project profitability.
  • Negotiating creator fees, deliverables, licensing and usage where required.
  • Line managing two members of the team, providing direction, feedback, support and quality control while helping them become increasingly autonomous.
  • Delegating effectively while maintaining oversight across multiple campaigns and workstreams.
  • Reviewing briefs, creator recommendations, client communications, reports and campaign outputs before they go out the door.
  • Working closely with the Campaign Strategy Lead, who you’ll report into, to develop stronger campaign thinking and continually improve our work.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and supporting relevant upsell and new-business opportunities.
  • Helping us improve internal campaign processes, templates and ways of working as the agency grows.

What we're looking for

You’ll have at least 3–4 years of influencer marketing experience agency-side and already be comfortable managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.

This role suits someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident making decisions without needing constant direction.

The essentials:

3–4+ years’ influencer/creator marketing experience, with significant agency-side experience essential

✓ Strong end-to-end influencer campaign experience

✓ Excellent project management skills — you naturally think in timelines, priorities, dependencies and next steps

✓ Experience managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously

✓ Strong client-management skills and confidence communicating with senior stakeholders

✓ A solid understanding of creator contracting, negotiations, usage rights and licensing

✓ Strong commercial awareness, including campaign budgets and profitability

✓ Experience managing, mentoring or overseeing junior team members

✓ Excellent written and verbal communication

✓ A seriously good eye for detail

✓ The confidence to make decisions, solve problems and take ownership

Based in London or within easy commuting distance

Existing right to work in the UK — please note that TGE is not currently able to sponsor a UK work visa for this position

Major bonus points:

Fluency in Spanish — this would be an incredible advantage given the international nature of our work and clients

★ Fluency or professional proficiency in any additional languages is also highly valued

★ Experience working across international or multi-market influencer campaigns

★ Experience working with brands across lifestyle, entertainment, sport, wellness or consumer sectors

Most importantly, you’ll be autonomous and self-reliant. TGE is intentionally lean, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys ownership and comes to the table with solutions rather than waiting to be told what to do.

How we work

We’re mainly remote, but we believe there’s real value in spending time together as a team.

You’ll need to be London-based or within easy commuting distance of London, with one team office day per week. Our office days are currently based around Hoxton / Stratford, East London.

Outside of that, we care much more about brilliant work, good communication and accountability than where your laptop happens to be.

Salary & package

£40,000–£45,000 depending on experience

Alongside your base salary, the role includes the opportunity to earn commission, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance/company bonus.

We’re a growing boutique agency, so this is also an opportunity to join at a stage where you can have genuine influence over the team, our processes and the work we produce.

The person behind the CV

We don’t expect you to tick every imaginable box. But we do need someone who understands agency life, knows influencer marketing, can manage people and projects confidently, and is comfortable being accountable for their work.

You’ll probably thrive at TGE if you’re proactive, commercially minded, extremely organised, culturally curious, collaborative without needing hand-holding, and genuinely excited by the creator space.

An inclusive workplace

The Good Egg is committed to creating an inclusive working environment and welcomes applications from people of all backgrounds, identities and lived experiences.

We believe different perspectives make our team and our work better, and we hire based on talent, experience, potential and alignment with how we work.

If you require reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process, we’re happy to accommodate them.

Sounds like you could be a good egg? We’d love to hear from you!
