Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research relevant influencers and content creators across social media platforms
• Handling client servicing & making strategies 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators.
• Coordinate influencer onboarding, negotiations, deliverables, and timelines.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, influencers, and internal creative teams.
• Negotiate commercials and ensure campaigns are executed within approved budgets.
• Track campaign deliverables, content approvals, and posting schedules.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports based on key metrics.
• Stay updated with influencer trends, emerging creators, and social media platforms.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing 
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Good understanding of influencer campaigns, deliverables, and performance metrics.
