Influencer Marketing Intern Internship

Broz Media is looking for Influencer Marketing Interns to join our growing team.

If you spend time on Instagram, YouTube, or other social platforms, enjoy discovering creators before they become mainstream, and have a strong understanding of digital content trends, we'd love to hear from you.

As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you'll be involved in creator discovery, influencer outreach, talent acquisition, campaign coordination, market research, and creator relationship management. You'll work closely with brands, creators, and internal teams to help execute influencer campaigns and identify talent that aligns with campaign objectives.

Requirements:

• Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil or Kannada proficiency is mandatory

• Strong communication skills and confidence are essential

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

• Good understanding of social media and creator content

• Ability to identify relevant creators

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Interest in influencer marketing and digital marketing

• Proactive, eager to learn and grow

What you'll do:

• Discover and evaluate creators across social media platforms
• Support creator outreach and onboarding
• Assist with influencer campaign execution and coordination
• Maintain creator databases and campaign trackers
• Research industry trends, creators, and content categories
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting
• Build and maintain relationships with creators
