We work with brands and creators across different markets and categories, building meaningful connections between brands and their audiences through creator marketing.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to join our Influencer Marketing team, with the potential to transition into a full time position based on performance and mutual fit.

The main focus of this role is creator matching: finding the right creator for the right campaign and the right client.

You will be directly involved in real campaigns, researching and evaluating creators and building creator selections based on campaign objectives, target audiences, and client requirements.

This role is suited for someone who already understands the creator economy and has an interest or previous experience in influencer marketing and/or K beauty.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Matching & Research

• Research and identify relevant creators across platforms
• Find creators who match specific campaign objectives, target audiences, markets, and client requirements
• Evaluate creator profiles, content, audience, engagement, and overall fit
• Build and maintain high quality creator lists and databases
• Discover new creators and stay up to date with creator trends

Creator Communication

• Support communication with creators
• Help answer creator inquiries and provide campaign information
• Assist in maintaining positive relationships with creators

Team Support

• Collaborate with team members across different campaigns
• Participate in internal projects and process improvements
• Support operational tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

Required

Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media landscape

Previous experience or hands on exposure to influencer marketing and/or K beauty

Strong English communication skills

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable using Google Sheets and online research tools

Ability to work independently and manage tasks responsibly

Curious, proactive, and willing to learn

Preferred

Previous internship, work, student project, or personal experience related to influencer marketing, content creation, social media, or beauty

Strong interest in creators, social media, and digital culture

Experience working with international markets or multicultural teams
