Influencer Marketing Executive

📈 We're on the lookout for a dedicated Influencer Marketing Executive who will play a key role in our marketing team, leading our relationships with creators to create industry-leading content for our brand.
This is a fast-paced, exciting role which will provide great opportunities to develop your skill set across the digital marketing landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain relationships with creators to produce marketing content
- Source and evaluate content creator partnership opportunities
- Maintain and optimise our content database
- Coordinate product seeding to creators
- Support the team in developing our content strategy
- Planning and scheduling posts for our Instagram and TikTok profiles
- Manage our TikTok Shop campaigns and collaborations
- Manage the WildMint Affiliate Program
REQUIREMENTS:
- Based in the UK
- Highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Proven experience in influencer marketing
- Hands-on experience planning and posting on Instagram and TikTok; ideally, be an active user yourself
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good knowledge of TikTok Shop
- Self-driven and able to work autonomously
- Ability to work well within a team
- Passion for beauty & wellness
