Influencer Marketing Coordinator, Campaign Execution
INFLUENCER MARKETING COORDINATOR, CAMPAIGN EXECUTION
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator, Campaign Execution is the driving force behind seamless campaign execution. You'll help ensure influencer campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, and other platforms run smoothly, on time, and with precision.
This role is all about execution. From coordinating deliverables and tracking contracts to managing deadlines, reviewing content, and following up on outstanding details, you'll be responsible for keeping the many moving pieces of a campaign moving forward.
At The Outloud Group, it's not just about checking boxes. It's about delivering top-tier campaigns that leave brands and creators excited to work with us again. You'll work closely with internal teams, influencers, and clients, learning the ins and outs of campaign execution while taking real ownership of the details that make great work happen.
A day in this role might look like: following up on an outstanding creator contract, reviewing a content preview against brand guidelines, updating campaign trackers with posting confirmations, communicating with a creator about an upcoming deadline, and closing out billing details on a campaign that just went live. If that kind of structured, detail-oriented momentum sounds satisfying rather than tedious, keep reading.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate the day-to-day execution of influencer marketing campaigns, helping ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track
- Manage the contract process, including drafting and sending agreements, tracking signatures and redlines, and following up on outstanding items
- Maintain a consistent follow-up routine on contracts, content previews, approvals, posting confirmations, and other campaign deliverables
- Coordinate with influencers, clients, and internal teams to keep communication clear and campaigns moving forward
- Review influencer content through multi-stage approval cycles, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with campaign guidelines
- Track campaign deadlines, deliverables, approvals, and outstanding action items across multiple campaigns at once
- Troubleshoot executional challenges as they arise and work with the broader team to keep campaigns on track
- Maintain accurate and organized records of campaign progress, approvals, contract status, and other key details
- Prepare end-of-month reporting to support accurate and timely client invoicing
- Identify opportunities to make campaign execution more organized, efficient, and effective
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 6+ months of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, or a related digital marketing environment; internship experience absolutely counts
- Some familiarity with how influencer or creator campaigns come together, whether through an internship, part-time position, agency experience, or full-time role
- Experience working in a professional environment where you've been responsible for deadlines, deliverables, communication, and follow-through
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay on top of lots of moving pieces without losing sight of the details
- A track record of being dependable, proactive, and accountable for getting your work across the finish line
- Comfort working within structured, multi-step processes involving recurring deadlines, approvals, documentation, and follow-up
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence communicating with teammates, creators, and clients
- A natural instinct to follow up, ask questions, and solve problems rather than waiting for someone else to tell you what to do next
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot when something doesn't look right
- An interest in influencer marketing and a desire to continue building your knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, and the broader creator economy
- Experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and comfort learning new project management and campaign tools
- Full-time availability, based in the U.S., and comfortable working independently within a remote team
- Ability to travel occasionally for client work, team events, and industry conferences as needed
You don't need to come in knowing every part of campaign execution on day one. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation, the right instincts, and the drive to learn quickly and take on more ownership as they grow.
