Influencer Marketing Coordinator
You can scroll a creator’s grid for thirty seconds and know instantly whether they belong on our brand, and whether they’ll actually sell.
So… who is Residence Supply?
We’re one of the fastest-growing design-driven lighting brands in the U.S. In two years, we blew past 8 figures, launched hundreds of handcrafted products, and built a 137K-strong Instagram community of design lovers who care about craftsmanship, character, and timeless interiors. Our fixtures live in Architectural Digest–worthy homes, boutique hotels, and beautifully restored spaces across the country.
Now we’re building the creator engine to match.
The Role
This is a hands-on, build-it-from-here role. You will be guided by our Creative Director and Creative Head, who set the taste, the standards, and the brand vision. You’ll be the person who goes out and finds the creators who fit it, then runs the programs that turn them into real revenue.
You’ll own the day-to-day of three programs we’re building from the ground up, and coordinate the external team and partners who support them. This is a junior role by design: you’ll be guided, mentored, and given a clear framework, but you’ll have real ownership of execution and a direct line to results.
The Three Programs You’ll Build
1. Ambassador Program
- Grow our ambassador roster with high-ROI creators who genuinely fit the brand, and only those.
- Vet, pitch, negotiate, and onboard ambassadors, with the Creative Director and Creative Head signing off on fit.
- Track performance per ambassador and cut or renew based on what the numbers say, not vibes.
2. Affiliate Program / Trybe
- Build a free affiliate army: creators we pay on commission, not upfront fees.
- Recruit at volume, onboard them into the platform, and keep them active with assets, codes, and incentives.
- Own the mechanics: commission structure, tracking links, payouts, and leaderboard.
3. UGC Content Collabs
- Run product-for-content trades. Get our fixtures into the right hands and clean, usable content back.
- Brief creators clearly so the content matches our brand standards the first time.
- Hand finished, rights-cleared assets to the creative and paid teams.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Source and vet creators daily across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest, in the home, interiors, design, renovation, and historical-home restoration niches.
- Take direction from the Creative Director and Creative Head on taste, brand fit, and standards, and apply it consistently without needing to be re-briefed.
- Run outreach at volume: pitch, follow up, negotiate, and close collaborations.
- Coordinate the external team and partners supporting these programs, keeping everyone on timeline.
- Manage product seeding: what goes out, to whom, and what comes back.
- Track and report performance: reach, engagement, conversions, affiliate revenue, and cost per acquisition.
- Keep the creator database organized, current, and genuinely useful to the team.
- Bring us the signal: who’s rising, what’s working, and what our competitors are doing.
Who You Are
- You live on Instagram and TikTok, and you understand the home, interiors, and design creator world, or you’re hungry to learn it fast.
- You have taste, and you can take direction on taste.
- You’re organized and relentless on follow-up. Creator outreach is a numbers game, and nothing falls through the cracks with you.
- You’re comfortable with numbers. You can tell the difference between a creator who looks impressive and one who actually drives sales.
- You write like a person. Your DMs and emails get replies.
- You want to build something, not just maintain it. These programs don’t exist yet.
- 1 to 3 years in influencer marketing, social, creator partnerships, or a related field, or a genuinely strong case for why you’re ready.
Bonus Points
- You’ve run an affiliate or ambassador program before, at any scale.
- Experience with creator platforms such as GRIN, Aspire, Later, Trybe, LTK, or ShopMy.
- You’ve negotiated with creators and know what a fair deal looks like on both sides.
- Spanish is a plus.
- You genuinely care about interiors, lighting, historical homes, and design.
What This Is (And Isn’t)
This is a junior, execution-heavy role with real ownership and a clear path up. You WILL be guided by our Creative Director and Creative Head. They set the vision, taste, and brand standards, and you deliver against them. This is NOT a role where you set brand direction on day one, and it’s NOT paid media or content production. You own creator partnerships, and you own them well.
