Influencer Lead / Manager

About the Role

Bogg Bag is looking for an Influencer Lead / Manager to run our creator partnerships and own our TikTok Shop Creator Program end to end. This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who lives and breathes creator culture — you know what makes a video stop the scroll, you can spot a rising creator before their engagement blows up, and you're just as comfortable negotiating a rate as you are dreaming up a concept for a summer beach-tote campaign.

You'll sit at the intersection of influencer marketing and TikTok Shop commerce, managing the full creator lifecycle — sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review, and performance tracking — while helping shape the creative direction of our campaigns.

What You'll Do

Influencer Sourcing & Outreach

  • Identify and recruit creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms who fit Bogg Bag's brand and audience
  • Use influencer marketing software to manage sourcing, outreach, and relationship tracking at scale
  • Manage a growing pipeline of creator relationships, from first DM to long-term ambassador
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with creator management teams and talent agencies, negotiating rates and deliverables directly with them
  • Stay ahead of trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments to identify creators and concepts before they peak

TikTok Shop Creator Program Management

  • Own and run Bogg Bag's TikTok Shop Creator Program, from recruiting new creators to managing ongoing affiliate relationships
  • Set and adjust commission structures, sample/product seeding strategy, and creator incentives to drive GMV
  • Monitor the Creator Marketplace daily to identify and activate high-potential creators
  • Track program performance (GMV, content volume, conversion, creator retention) and report on what's working

Campaign & Content Development

  • Develop original creative concepts for seasonal launches, collabs, and always-on content (you'll work closely with the team on drops and new product releases)
  • Identify high-performing content and creators, and iterate off of what's working to fuel new concepts and briefs
  • Brief creators clearly while leaving room for their authentic voice
  • Review and provide feedback on creator content to ensure brand fit and performance potential before it goes live
  • Evaluate creator content and performance data to identify what will translate well across paid channels
  • Secure whitelisting/creator paid usage rights to enable content for paid social amplification
  • Partner cross-functionally with performance marketing, social, and creative to align influencer content with paid media and organic strategy

Operations & Reporting

  • Build and maintain organized systems (trackers, calendars, briefs) to keep a fast-moving program running smoothly
  • Own regular reporting on influencer and TikTok Shop program performance (GMV, ROI, engagement, top creators) for leadership
  • Analyze campaign and program performance, turning data into recommendations for what to scale, cut, or test next

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social/affiliate marketing — ideally at a DTC or consumer brand
  • Direct experience running or involvement in a TikTok Shop Creator Program or affiliate program
  • A track record of creative, effective influencer outreach — you can write a pitch that stands out in a crowded DM inbox
  • Strong organizational chops — you can juggle dozens of creator relationships, deadlines, and deliverables without dropping the ball
  • A self-starter mentality — you spot opportunities and act on them without waiting to be told
  • Sharp instincts for internet culture, trends, and what makes content actually perform (not just look good)
  • Excellent written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, including experience working directly with creator management teams and agencies
  • Experience using influencer marketing software for outreach, tracking, and relationship management
  • Ability to identify high-performing content and translate those learnings into new concepts and briefs
  • Understanding of paid social performance and what organic creator content is likely to succeed when whitelisted or boosted
  • Comfortable pulling together clear, digestible reporting for management on program and campaign performance
  • Familiarity with creator/affiliate platforms (TikTok Creator Marketplace, GRIN, Aspire, CreatorIQ, etc.) is a plus
