Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager
ASSOCIATE CAMPAIGN MANAGER – CAMPAIGN EXECUTION
As an Associate Campaign Manager at The Outloud Group, you'll own the execution of influencer campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and podcasts from kickoff to final report. You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for your clients and creators, keep a full slate of campaigns on time and on budget, and bring a sharp eye to contracts, content approvals, and the details that make a campaign go smoothly.
You won't just keep things moving, you'll make calls, solve problems before they reach the client, and help shape how we run campaigns as a team. You'll work closely with our Campaign Managers, Talent team, and Coordinators, and you'll have a clear path to growing into a Campaign Manager role.
A week in this role might look like: running a kickoff call with a new brand partner, negotiating usage rights and timing with a creator's manager, giving feedback on a video draft so it hits both brand guidelines and FTC disclosure rules, flagging a delayed post to your client before they have to ask, and pulling together a performance recap that shows what worked and what we'd do next time. If owning that mix of details and relationships sounds exciting, keep reading.

- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, leading status calls, setting expectations, and communicating proactively when plans change

- Troubleshoot issues as they come up, from missed deadlines to creative changes, and find solutions that protect both the client and the creator relationship
