Influencer Management Executive (Regional), Influencer Marketing

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Influencer Management Executive to join our team and drive our brand presence in Vietnam. In this role, you will lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns-from strategic sourcing and creative deck creation to campaign execution, payment processing, and post-campaign analysis.

What You'll Do

• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with relevant Vietnamese influencers, content creators, KOLs, and KOCs across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Build and maintain a strong database of influencer partners tailored to various campaign goals and target demographics.
• Handle creator communications, contract negotiations, rate discussions, and campaign brief handovers.

• Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing initiatives, including brand awareness, engagement campaigns, seeding initiatives, and product launch activations.
• Develop compelling creative briefs and presentation decks that effectively communicate campaign concepts, messaging, and visual guidelines to creators.
• Coordinate content schedules, ensure timely content submission, review creative deliverables, and oversee publication schedules.

• Conduct continuous market research to identify trending content styles, platform algorithm changes, cultural nuances, and viral topics in Vietnam.
• Monitor competitor influencer marketing strategies, emerging content trends, and dynamic industry standard rates.

• Manage end-to-end campaign operations, including contract signing, invoice verification, and payment processing alongside the finance team.
• Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, CTR, ROI, conversions) across all creator campaigns.
• Prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports with actionable insights and data-backed recommendations for future campaigns.

Who You Are

• Education: Bachelor's Degree is required
• Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or agency accounts within the Vietnamese market.
• Local Market Expertise: Deep understanding of Vietnam’s social media ecosystem (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Zalo) and localized influencer trends.
• Network: Having an existing pool of established KOL/KOC contacts across diverse tiers (nano to macro) is a strong plus.
• Deck & Communication Skills: Proficient in designing clear, visually appealing creative decks and pitch briefs (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides).
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable managing numbers, analyzing campaign ROI, and translating raw data into insightful performance reports.
• Organization & Detail: Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks like invoicing and logistics smoothly.
• Languages: Business proficiency in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).
