About the Role
Culinary Collective is looking for a highly organised, culturally connected Community & Influencer Executive to support the delivery of creator and community-led activity across its growing portfolio of chef-led premium restaurants.
This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing, community engagement and brand advocacy, helping to build meaningful relationships between our brands, creators and guests. You'll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, identifying and nurturing creator partnerships, growing engaged communities and supporting initiatives that drive loyalty, awareness and customer retention.
The ideal candidate is social-first, commercially aware and passionate about hospitality, food and culture. You'll understand that strong brands are built not only through compelling content and creator collaborations, but through genuine connections with customers, advocates and local communities.
The role will support multiple standout restaurants, with scope to grow as the portfolio expands. As part of the expanding brand and marketing team, and reporting into the Brand & Content Lead, you'll work closely with restaurant teams, creators, agencies and partners to deliver campaigns that drive engagement, advocacy and commercial impact.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage creator target lists aligned to campaign objectives and brand
- goals.
- Identify, secure and manage influencer and creator partnerships across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
- Coordinate creator bookings, reservations and campaign logistics with restaurant teams.
- Manage creator communications and relationships before, during and after campaigns.
- Track and oversee campaign deliverables, including Stories, Reels, TikToks, feed posts and user-generated content.
- Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs, providing clear reporting and actionable insights.
- Support the development of long-term creator partnerships, ambassador programmes and brand collaborations.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across social media channels, responding to comments, messages and customer interactions in line with brand tone of voice.
- Proactively engage with audiences, creators and local communities to drive visibility, advocacy and repeat engagement.
- Support the planning and delivery of community-led events, activations, launches and brand experiences.
- Identify and nurture brand advocates, VIP guests, loyal customers and emerging creators.
- Assist in the development of loyalty, membership and ambassador initiatives.
- Build relationships with local partners, cultural communities and relevant organisations to increase awareness and participation.
- Monitor audience sentiment, customer feedback and emerging social trends, turning insights into recommendations and opportunities.
- Track participation, retention and engagement metrics across influencer and community initiatives.
- Support reporting across influencer, social and community activity, ensuring accurate records, databases and campaign trackers are maintained.
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, social media, community management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and the wider creator landscape.
- Experience managing influencer outreach, partnerships and campaign delivery.
- Experience building, growing or managing online and offline communities.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with campaign performance data, reporting and analytics.
- Experience using influencer discovery, CRM or analytics platforms such as Joli, UpDog or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how community and creator activity supports customer retention, brand growth and business performance.
- Genuine interest in hospitality, restaurants, food, culture and consumer brands.
