Fully remote (UK based) | £26-29k + up to 10% bonus | Full time

You'll spend your days talking to creators and building influencer relationships for some of the biggest names in Health and Wellness. We've worked with Lululemon, Starface, Huel and AG1, and our clients range from 7 to 9 figures in revenue.

Augmentum Media is a premium influencer marketing agency helping DTC health and wellness brands scale profitably through creators. We're a fully remote team of 20, and we're growing.

The role

Our campaigns live or die on relationships with creators. Your job is to build them.

You'll take creators from a first outreach message into receiving product to try, to then posting regularly and driving real sales as a brand ambassador. Then you'll run those ambassador programmes and build tight-knit creator communities around our clients' brands.

Day to day, that looks like:

• Reaching out to creators and getting them opted in to campaigns, using tools that automate the boring bits
• Talking to influencers across several campaigns daily, mainly on Instagram, and building genuine relationships with them
• Turning seeded creators into long-term ambassadors who post consistently
• Spotting when a campaign is underperforming and doing something about it
• Tracking KPIs and reporting to clients and senior management

You'll report directly to campaign leads and senior management, and you'll learn how campaigns work across every niche we operate in. Do this role well and you'll grow with the campaigns you build.

Who we're looking for

• You've done some influencer work already. Seeding, gifting or paid influencer campaigns are ideal, whether at an agency or in-house 
• You genuinely like talking to people - you love to yap, and it shows in your DMs
• You're a quick, clear communicator with sharp attention to detail
• You're hungry. You want to learn fast, take ownership and help shape a growing agency
• You're into Health and Wellness, and creator culture generally
• Fluent written and spoken English
