Influencer Partnerships Manager

Location: New York, NY- 2 days in office

Base salary: $90,000-100,000

Entech is seeking an Influencer Partnerships Manager for a global performance marketing agency. This person will manage influencer and UGC campaigns from creator sourcing through performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop influencer strategies based on client objectives and performance KPIs
• Source creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
• Handle outreach, negotiations, contracts, briefs and campaign schedules
• Manage relationships with influencers, talent agencies and UGC partners
• Review content and ensure it meets brand requirements and deadlines
• Track campaign results and recommend improvements
• Manage multiple campaigns and client priorities
• Improve influencer, UGC and affiliate processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing end-to-end influencer campaigns
• Experience with performance-focused campaigns
• Experience with CreatorIQ, Klear or similar platforms
• Strong negotiation, communication and project-management skills
• Experience with e-commerce, DTC or alcohol brands is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
