Influencer & Brand Partnerships Manager

Location: Enfield - on-site

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 DOE + performance bonus

The Role

Car Planet is looking for a commercially sharp, proactive Influencer & Brand Partnerships Manager to grow our brand and create measurable results.

Influencer marketing will be a major focus. You’ll identify creators, negotiate deals, manage campaigns and build partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.

But this role goes beyond influencers.

We want someone constantly looking for new opportunities across radio, billboards, buses, sports sponsorships, events, leafleting, local partnerships and brand activations.

You’ll have an initial budget of around £10,000 per month, with scope to grow this significantly if you can prove strong ROI.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow our influencer marketing activity.
  • Find, approach and negotiate with influencers and creators.
  • Build relationships with agents, media owners, affiliates, brands and partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, deliverables and commercial terms.
  • Find new opportunities across outdoor media, radio, sponsorships, events and offline marketing.
  • Manage the influencer and partnerships budget.
  • Track leads, traffic, engagement, sales and ROI.
  • Use data to decide what to scale, renegotiate or stop.
  • Coordinate campaigns, influencer visits and brand activations.
  • Constantly look for creative opportunities competitors may be missing.

What We’re Looking For:

Proactive - someone who makes things happen.

You must have previous experience managing and negotiating influencer, partnership, sponsorship or media deals.

Strong influencer marketing experience is particularly important.

You’ll also need to be:

  • Highly commercial and confident at negotiating deals.
  • Data driven and comfortable measuring ROI.
  • Confident approaching creators, agents and businesses.
  • Creative and able to spot opportunities others miss.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple deals at once.
  • Strongly aware of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and current trends.

Automotive experience is useful, but not essential.

We want someone who sees an opportunity and immediately thinks:

What will it cost? Can I negotiate it? What return can it generate? And if it works, how quickly can we scale it?
