About Extra Mile
Extra Mile E-Commerce is a family of 50+ specialty sports, games and play brands based in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Our flagship is Omaha Sports & Games, online and in store. Now we are designing and manufacturing our own products and selling them nationwide. HyperJam premium basketball hoops are the first of 5 products launching in 2026, with 20 more coming in 2027. If you want to control your own destiny and get paid for what you build, you will fit right in.
Earning potential: $45,000 to $75,000 per year (base plus commission). No cap. Top performers earn more. On site at our Elkhorn, NE headquarters.
You help build our army of creators, athletes and affiliates. You find the right people, reach out, get products in their hands and keep the content flowing. If you live on social media and love connecting with people, this is for you. Reports to the Head of Influencer.
What you will do
- Find and reach out to creators, athletes, coaches and trickshot accounts every day
- Help run our HyperJam NIL program with college athletes
- Ship products, send briefs and follow up until content goes live
- Set up affiliate links and codes and track sales by creator
- Collect the best creator content and pass it to our ads team
- Keep our creator list and CRM organized
What success looks like in year one
- A growing list of active creators and affiliates posting every month
- Fast, friendly follow up so nothing falls through the cracks
- Clean tracking of content and sales for every creator
- A steady flow of creator content feeding our ads
You might be a fit if you
- Have 0 to 2 years of experience (social media, sales, recruiting or a strong internship)
- Are outgoing and great at starting conversations
- Know Instagram, TikTok and YouTube inside and out
- Are organized and persistent
- Want your pay tied to the results you drive
Nice to have
- Connections in college athletics or sports communities
- Experience with Shopify Collabs, GRIN or similar tools
