Job description:
Crescentia is an influencer and affiliate marketing agency managing creator programs for brands in beauty, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle. - Identify top performers and build strategies to maximize their output
- Report results clearly and consistently to internal teams and clients

- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance — not just gut
- Excellent written communication for creator outreach, briefs, and client reporting
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable managing multiple programs simultaneously
- Beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle industry experience is a plus
