Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Handle end-to-end onboarding, including offer letters, documentation, induction, and system access.
• Maintain accurate employee records and internal HR trackers.
• Support day-to-day HR administration, including attendance management, documentation, and other HR processes.
• Assist in preparing reports and updating HR systems.
• Plan and coordinate internal activities, celebrations, and team events.
• Help foster a positive and energetic workplace culture.
• Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies, pantry management, seating arrangements, and basic facilities coordination.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure the office runs smoothly.
• Manage communication with vendors for office supplies, services, events, and merchandise.
