We are hiring for an established digital talent agency backed by a major entertainment business to hire a Head of Talent.
This is a genuinely senior opportunity for an established Talent Manager who wants more autonomy, leadership and influence without stepping away from managing talent themselves.
Sitting directly between the CEO and Talent Management team, you’ll lead the talent function, support and develop the wider team and help shape the agency’s growth while continuing to manage and grow your own high-performing roster.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and develop the agency’s Talent Management team
- Act as the key link between senior team and Talent Managers
- Continue to personally manage a roster of established digital creators
- Drive commercial growth through brand partnerships, strategy and new opportunities
- Identify and sign exciting new talent
- Support managers across talent strategy, commercial decisions and creator relationships
- Help shape the wider roster, talent strategy and direction of the agency
- Improve processes and standards as the team continues to scale
- Have significant autonomy over the day-to-day Talent Management function
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5+ years experience in digital talent / creator management within a talent agency
- Currently operating at Senior Talent Manager, Director, Head of Talent or similar level
- Proven track record of managing and monetising a successful creator roster
- An established book of business and talent relationships you can bring with you
- Strong commercial numbers and experience driving brand partnership revenue
- Experience mentoring, managing or developing other Talent Managers
- Excellent relationships across creators, brands and agencies
- Commercial, entrepreneurial and comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy
- Someone who still loves hands-on talent management, alongside taking on wider leadership responsibility
