This is a high-profile role, combining brand, creativity, content, data and commercial impact. You’ll bring paid and organic social together into one joined-up content ecosystem, turning complex ideas, partnerships and big brand stories into social-first work that gets noticed, and delivers results.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Lead a multi-market social function and set the strategic direction
• Build high-performing paid and organic content systems
• Turn insight, data and complex subject matter into compelling social content
• Lead major partnerships, sponsorships and cultural activations
• Shape discoverability across social, search and emerging AI/LLM ecosystems
• Influence senior stakeholders and make social a genuine driver of growth
• Build and inspire a high-performing team

You’ll need a strong track record of leading social at scale, with a genuinely data-led approach and the creativity and commercial instinct to turn strategy into standout work.

The role is based in London, with a hybrid working pattern of two days in the office per week, alongside a strong package of benefits and flexibility.
