DIALD is a post-purchase customer data company for DTC brands. We put real callers on the phone with our clients' buyers, turn those calls into weekly insight reports, and build communities and customer-creator programs on top of them.

Our client roster does over $50M/month in combined revenue. We're building toward a $100M valuation by the end of 2027.

This role owns the entire community and creator layer of the business. Not one brand's community — the system that lets us stand one up for any brand and have it still be alive in month nine.

The role in one line

You turn a brand's customers into a creator army, and you make that repeatable.

What you own

Build brand communities from scratch on Discord and Circle — architecture, channels, roles, onboarding, engagement rhythm

Own the pipeline that is the actual asset: customer → community member → content creator → affiliate. Every stage, every conversion rate

Design and run the creator programs — briefs, challenges, leaderboards, approval gates, and the compensation that makes people show up

Own affiliate mechanics end to end: tracking codes, attribution, commission structures, referral tiers, payouts

Build toward paid VIP tiers where the category supports it, and know which categories don't

Keep communities alive past month six. Most agencies stand these up and let them die. Ours don't get to.

The tooling

You should already be fluent in Euka and Trybe, or able to be inside a week. Plus Social Snowball or equivalent for affiliate tracking, TikTok Shop's affiliate system, Frame.io for content review, and Discord and Circle as operators rather than users.

Content quality and compliance

Every client has claims they cannot make. One has trademark exposure, another sells a product with real regulatory limits on what a creator can say about results. You own the approval gate — the claims library, the review step, and the rule that nobody earns until content passes it. This is not a formality; it is the thing that keeps clients out of trouble.

How you're measured

Communities launched, and still active at month six

Members recruited per client, and weekly active share

Creators producing repeatedly — not signups

Approved assets shipped per month per client

Creator share of the client's ad account

VIP conversion and MRR where launched

Nothing shipping to a client's ad account that breaches their guardrails

Who we're looking for

You have built creator, ambassador or UGC programs for ecommerce brands — not managed an agency roster, built the program

You understand affiliate mechanics properly: attribution windows, code vs link, first-order vs recurring, why a commission rate is a CAC decision and not a generosity decision

You have run a real community and know the difference between a busy Discord and a productive one

Systems-minded. You are designing something that runs for ten brands, not one.

Fluent with AI tooling — you use it to do work, not to talk about it

Exceptional written communication. This team runs on Slack.

Familiar with DTC ecommerce, or fast enough to get native in weeks

Nice to have: you have taken a community from free to paid, you have run creator programs on TikTok Shop, you have handled creator contracts and payouts at volume.
